The Quadruple Room offered a peaceful retreat, thanks to its quiet courtyard-facing design. I especially appreciated the spaciousness and clean, well-maintained ambiance throughout my stay. Having access to the kitchen allowed for some easy meal prep, and the charming park nearby was a lovely spot to unwind after our restaurant adventures.
The check-in process felt a bit chaotic and frustrating due to the app issues.

The cleanliness of the place stood out, feeling fresh and well-maintained throughout the stay. The cozy park around the corner provided a perfect spot for unwinding after a busy day.
Mobile check-in can turn into a hassle, especially for overseas travelers struggling with the app or not receiving essential codes on time. The lack of a common area was disappointing, leaving no space to congregate or grab a snack, which might feel isolating for some. If you're tech-challenged, navigating the entry system could be frustrating, especially if your phone runs out of juice.

The Bluetooth key system became a lifesaver after some initial confusion with check-in. Once I figured it out, using the app for access was smooth. The Queen Room was adequately sized and kept spotless. I loved the cozy park just a few steps away, which was a great spot for unwinding. The nearby restaurants were excellent for dinners, with a diverse selection. However, the check-in process was pretty overwhelming late at night. The stresses were compounded by having to navigate the app and deal with some technical hiccups. A common area would have really helped create a more welcoming environment instead of feeling isolated. I wished for a fridge in the room for storing snacks. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but improvements could be made to enhance comfort and accessibility.

Oh man, the toasted sandwiches nearby at Dobbs Ferry are a game changer! And let’s not sleep on the cozy park right around the corner—perfect for a chill afternoon. Plus, the whole spot is super clean, making it feel like we were living in a postcard.
The check-in process was a bit of a circus. Access is only possible through the OpenKeyApp, which decided to play hide-and-seek instead of working properly. I had to ping multiple folks, and even our friendly neighbor from the shoe store had to jump in to help—yikes!
